Dr.-Ing. Marcel Hatzky

Marcel Hatzky, born 1991 in Kassel, Germany, studied mechanical engineering at Coburg University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016. He then transferred to the University of Paderborn, where he obtained his Master\'s degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on production and joining technology between 2016 and 2018. During his studies, Mr. Hatzky worked between 2015 - 2018 at Technoform Tailored Solutions Holding GmbH in the areas of project management and research and development. He wrote both theses at Technoform GmbH. Since 2018, Mr. Hatzky has been working in the field of cutting and joining production processes in the area of welding technology. During his work at the department, Mr. Hatzky is engaged in friction stir welding, where he has already successfully completed several projects.
